Penne Bleu - Penne Noodles with Chicken Breast, Ham, Mushrooms, Red Onions, and Tomatoes tossed in a Bleu Cheese Cream Sauce.
Grotto Pasta - Shrimp, Artichoke Hearts, Portabella Mushrooms, Ripe Olives, and Red Onions sauteed in a Vodka Cream Sauce tossed with Fettuccine.
Cajun Fettuccine - We Saute Garlic, Shrimp, and andouille Sausage with extra Virgin Olive Oil and Red Wine, toss in some Cajun Spices and Alfredo Sauce, mix it with Fettuccine and top it with shaved Romano Cheese!
Salmon Suzanne - 8 oz. Norwegian Salmon Filet served over farfalle noodles tossed with fire roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts, garlic and Alfredo sauce. Salmon is served medium unless otherwise requested.
Seafood Pasta Bake - Shrimp and faux crab with tomatoes, onions and mushrooms tossed with Alfredo sauce, farfalle and our special seasoning bland. Topped with cheddar and mozzarella cheese and baked.
Chicken Parmigiana - Breaded chicken breast smothered with Mozzarella on a bed of Fettuccine noodles, topped with marinara sauce and shaved Romano cheese.
